Like brand new 2022 Forest River Salem Hemisphere 314BUD with VIP package. I bought this for episodic stays in KC for work. Gently used inside and out. One owner and it has only been on the road to KC and back to Greater St. Louis area 1x.

The VIP package includes a spare tire, 2nd Air conditioner, 50 amp service, roof ladder, solar roof system, outdoor speakers, LED lights and all weather package. It does have power jacks but not an auto-leveling system.

Interior:

Heating and cooling include a central unit with a separate air conditioning unit in the master bedroom. 2 slide outs for extra room and comfort. The kitchen has ample storage cabinets, microwave, stove top/oven, refrigerator and large/deep sink with pull out spray nozzle. Main area has a dining booth that can be converted to a sleeping area, a couch that also pulls out for additional sleeping spots, a 50" TV, music system and an electric fireplace with remote. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of storage, separate A/C and backer board for TV placement. The big window above the bed makes the bedroom bright in the day and lets you look at the stars at night (it has a blind if you don't want either). 2nd bedroom has two bunk beds, storage cabinets and a pull out couch. Main bathroom with toilet, sink and shower and 1/2 bathroom with toilet and sink. The 1/2 bath has a door to the outside so folks can go in and out directly when enjoying the outdoors. Both bathrooms have fans and the main bathroom has a skylight.

Exterior: Brand new grill, refrigerator and sink - never used. All the hook ups you need for internet, water, etc. The awning is in perfect condition, outdoor speakers and LED lighting. Additional exterior items include storage area under the master bedroom, two propane tanks, ladder and solar panels on the roof.

Serviced a couple of months ago, including having the air conditioning units cleaned/routine maintenance.
