Here we have a lightly used 2020 Reflection 312BHTS by Forest River. This RV has the coveted exterior kitchen, fireplace, bunkhouse, and kitchen island!

Some of the great features of this RV include the Arctic four-season protection package with a 35k BTU high-capacity furnace, heated holding tanks, and underbelly. It has 15,000 BTUs of ducted A/C and a Maxx Air fan in the main living area to keep you cool in the summer.

Starting with the exterior of this RV, it has JT struts, a power tongue jack, aluminum wheels, power jacks, pass-through storage, cable/satellite hookup, and the EXTERIOR KITCHEN! Bring your propane grill, because this rig has a plug-and-play propane hookup right by the exterior kitchen. This unit has an extra-long 21-foot awning with LED lighting and is prewired for a backup camera. The seller had slide-out toppers installed on the driver's side slides as well.

Now let's head inside and discuss some of the great features of this rig. First off, the friction hinge door won't smack you as you enter.
