Under Warranty 62,445 Miles
Purchased about six months ago from a rental company. Well maintained, everything works well and is clean inside. LOW MILES. Tires in good condition.
Items of note:
Refrigerator: original fridge was DOA, removed and replaced with 120V fridge, as shown. A/C, 12V, and propane connections functional if you want to install a traditional RV fridge.
Toilet: replaced with portable toilet, as shown, much better for boon-docking. Original toilet available and easy to re-install.
TV: not installed but TV and bracket included (easy to install)
Mattresses: Safe to say that the condition of the original mattresses from a rental were frightening. Replaced with significantly more comfortable gel/foam 8" beds. They have only been slept on, half dozen times, while in a sleeping bag.
Solar Generator (big battery in pictures): not included, but may sell separately if interested.
Capacity (in gal): fresh/grey/black/waterheater/gas = 40/37/24.5/6/57, 20lb propane
Generator: Onan 4000
Awning: electric, 15'
Other misc. items included such as sewage line (new), elevated brace, balance ramps, water hose/filter/pressure reg., etc.
