The camper is a 29 Forest River WILDWOOD X-LITE 240BHXL Year 2020. The add-ons we paid were for a spare tire ($500), Rear Camera system with 3 cameras and console set up ($750) and a sway bar hitch ($1,500). We serviced it every year at Holiday Park RV and Marine. The roof has a ten year warranty (until 2030) as long as it gets yearly maintenance. We would wash and wax it at least once if not more per year. It is a pet free RV and we maintained it very clean. We added some hooks and two TVs on swivel mounts which are included. It comes with all the equipment we bought for hook ups (hoses, leveling blocks, outdoor rug, lights, etc.) and inside storage containers and all the kitchen stuff if you would like it.

Also, it has two doors. The back door leads straight to the bathroom which has a shower/bath combo (great for kids!) It's also nice when you have company, so they don't get the rest of the camper dirty. The front door leads to the main living area. The master bedroom has a door for privacy and has his/her closets and plenty of storage below the bed which is easily accessible even when the bed is down. The dinette converts easily to sleep more people.

The refrigerator is a nice, big size. The gas stove is a dream. There is plenty of counterspace for a Keurig, spice rack, fruit bowl, etc. Also, it has two cabinets above the double sink (easy to soak dishes) which provides more storage.

There are cabinets below the dinette and on either side of the fireplace which hold a lot. There is also a storage cubby below the bottom bunk. I can leave all the storage cubbies for organization if you would like.

There are plenty of conveniently placed electrical and USB outlets (even in the bunks!)

One of my most favorite aspects is the EXTRA LARGE pantry! There is so much storage in there that it can be used for linens, groceries and cleaning supplies while still leaving space for anything else you need. I believe we have a hook in there for the Swiffer (always need one handy!)

The water heats up very quickly and the AC is ice cold. This camper is also outfitted for the colder weather with extra insulation. The fireplace also heats up and has 3 different color settings to suit your mood!
