I bought this unit new. No accidents. I have stored it in doors, including summers the entire time I've owned it. Therefore, it has no weather or sun fade. I have used the local Frieghtliner shop for engine and chassis maintenance. I have all 4 of the chairs that come with the unit, even though they are not pictured. It is winterized. Sleeps 4 adults. The sofa in the living area folds out into a HIGH quality air mattress bed for 2 adults. Has a total of 4 TVs. Floor is real ceramic tile. Unit is ready for immediate use.
