Inside the living room there is a lounge chair, front entertainment center, sofa, and end table.

The kitchen has a large counter space and two bar stools, a double kitchen sink, four burner range, refrigerator, free standing table and a hutch.

In the bathroom you will find a toilet, linen cabinet, tub with shower, and sink.

The rear bedroom offers a Serta bed, two wardrobes, and a set of drawers.

The price includes the park model & deck, The seasonal site rent for this site is $3,800.00 plus electric. The seasonal site rent is paid until September 2025. The rent includes a boat slip.
