We are the second owner, having acquired it in 2005 with 20000 miles on it. The HD is the most desirable floor plan. It has a dining area in the back that converts
to a double bed and a fold out small table in the front that serves as a breakfast nook or set up area for cooking. It has the larger 3 Way fridge that runs on propane, 120 V and 12 V, although I never use the 12V. It has never been smoked in and never had pets. There are no funny smells.
The only major problems that I've had over the years was to repair the chassis AC and to replace an evaporative fuel canister in the engine.
The Rialta is easy to drive and has averaged 17.5 MPG over 45,000 miles of measuring the gas mileage. It is very easy to park. The vehicle is basically in good shape, showing normal wear and tear due to its age. It has an onboard generator with just 30 hours on it.
The title is free and clear and I have possession of it.
