I've put more than $5,000 into it. (more like 8k, but I did some of the cosmetic work myself so let's call it 5k). I'll list the features below and then list the work I did.

Just got a full tune up and replaced the fuel injectors, it's running really great, no leaks.

Features:
-Solar Panel on top charges 2 large batteries to provide auxiliary power to the fan and lights all night! The Batteries also charge very quickly off of the alternator.
-3 way refrigerator, working condition
-2 burner stove
-Sink with 10 gl water tank (new water pump)
-Lots of storage
-New foam mattress in newly upholstered bed/sofa
-All RV features in working condition
-Fan-tastic vent, industries best RV vent fan
-Blackout curtains
-Fresh paint on the inside
-Toilet, working great.
-Shower attachment for showers outside the rear of the van
-Microwave (for when your hooked up at an RV site)
-Full RV hook-ups for electric and water

I have all of the paperwork that it came with, much of it the original buildout paperwork, plus paperwork on all of the work I had done to it.

Work I had done after I bought it:
-Flushed the refrigerator, got it working great.
-Repositioned the Solar panel so that I could install a Fan-tastic vent
-Got a Fan-tastic vent installed. Awesome, high CFM 3 speed, 2 direction fan http://www.fantasticvent.com/
-Installed a vent cover
-Installed a charging port in the back
-Replaced the toilet seal
-Replaced the water pump
-Replaced the carbon monoxide sensor
-Stripped off all of the peeling wallpaper, sanded smooth and painted it with very high quality, outdoor paint (Behr Marquee).
-Installed the back-up camera
-Installed curtains to separate the cabin from the back
-Reupholstered the back sofa/bed and changed out the foam for this very comfortable very high rated foam mattress on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005A4OPFM/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1
-Built removable supports for the upper bed, which can be easily removed and stored up top.
-Made costume, magnetic blackout curtains. These need some reinforcement and can be easily repaired or removed depending on your preference.
-Replaced the stove hood fan (it just needs to be wire to a switch...easy job)
-Installed leveling jacks on the rear hitch for quick and easy leveling and stabilizing. Includes a screw gun attachment for fast and easy use.

Thank you

Dru
