Runs great. 68,000 miles. Always passes smog with flying colors. Sleeps 6 as needed but sleeps 4 very comfortably. Sleeping area two above drivers cabin, kitchen table converts into bed for two, and two single side by side (but separate) twin beds in rear cabin (great for kids).
This RV needs someone with tools so you can love on it when it needs it but I've taken it to Yosemite, San Francisco, Lake Powell, Glamis, Burning Man (Twice). Great starter RV for someone who will use it and love on it. I'm downsizing and don't need it anymore. It's just sitting in my driveway. I use it about twice per year and can't really justify keeping it anymore. Would rather it be with someone who is ready to camp and have some fun with it.
Things wrong with it: Crack on the side cab. It's been that way for 5 years. I've driven it like that the entire time. Needs seal or repair. Water to the toilet needs new fitting (leaks when pump is turned on). Front ceiling vent broke off..needs new one. RV Cabin A/C (only one)...fan motor is getting finicky but it works (I recommend changing out the motor or unit eventually). Other things.
Drivers cabin A/C is modified to newest Freon specs.
Stove. Four burners (propane).
Refrigerator w/ freezer. (Totally refurbished in 2013. Works great). It works off Electricity, or propane, or batteries.
Adult size shower.
Electrical system modified by an auto electrician which includes Extra batteries and an inverter which allows the fridge and electrical components to run off the Engine Alternator while driver (was not standard on this year but I had it installed).
Brakes in good shape.
New tires all around.
All Windows were removed and resealed when I bought it used in 2010.
Roof is in good shape and gets regularly covered with Elastomeric rubber seal. Recommend doing this once per year or more. Very easy to purchase at Home Depot and roll on with a paint roller. I will give you my left over 4 gallons. Only need about a gallon each time you do it. Very easy.
Fuel pump is brand new. Works great. It was replaced because the manufacturer recalled it many years ago but the previous owners never got it done so I had a professional mechanic drop the fuel tank and replace it.
Starter was intermittent so I had a mechanic replace it at end of 2016. Works great. Starts every time.
Fuel injected engine.
Engine is Ford V-8. 740 cc.
28 feet long. With a bike rack it would be about 31 feet.
Olan Generator with low hours. Works great when used regularly and is fairly quiet.
