I am the third owner of this cozy Lazy Daze Motorhome. The previous two owners, including the couple that had the motorhome originally customized, were both retired couples that primarily utilized the RV for road trips visiting family.I, myself have owned Lazy Daze for a year now and have enjoyed it immensely. I have taken it camping several times with both hook ups and without. I have also taken it on a recent, 400 mile road trip. In all situations it performed very well in both drive ability and living comfort. The motorhome has a Chevy 350 V8 with a 3 speed transmission that gives it the power to move its weight and propel it down the interstate. With little wind Lazy Daze gets over 12 miles to the gallon, not bad for a motorhome!Unfortunately, I cannot provide records of repairs and maintenance prior to my ownership but I do have the original owner’s manual, some appliance and awning manuals, and the original sales brochure.I have records detailing the extensive repairs and maintenance I have had performed on Lazy Daze. These Include:-Replacement of exhaust manifold, catalytic converter and muffler-Tune-up (plugs, wires, rotor and cap)-Oil change-Transmission power flush and filter change-Power steering pump-Brake booster-Battery-Roof Top Air Conditioner!-Rear Brakes-The fresh water tank was sanitized in MayThe previous owners replaced all 6 tires with new ones which are currently two years old with less than a 1,000 miles and no sun rot. They also replaced the batteries that service the residential portion of the motorhome. The interior of Lazy Daze is in remarkably good condition for being the original material. The RV has convertible sleeping for 6 adults. The upper loft features the largest sleeping area, storage, a switch controlled multi-speed fan and skylight/emergency exit with screen. The cabin has rotating captain’s chairs that contribute to space in the entertaining/dining area. The dining room includes a table for four with plenty of storage and access to some of the outside hook ups and also converts to sleeping for two. The kitchen includes a propane oven, propane four burner stove, microwave, lots of storage and a refrigerator/freezer combination. The sleeping/living area includes a large wardrobe with drawers as well as a separating partition and sky lights/vents. This area also includes a couch that converts to sleeping for two and a sink/nightstand with storage. Off the bedroom is a bathroom including toilet and a shower with skylight/vent fan. It comes with both a TV antenna and cable hook ups. The dash has an upgraded CD stereo that plays throughout the motorhome. Interior comfort is facilitated by a residential style propane furnace, evaporative cooler and a brand new air conditioner. The RV holds 25 gallons of gasoline, 10 gallons of propane and 50 gallons of water, more than enough to sustain a couple for a 5 day camping trip.Overall, Lazy Daze is in great shape, comfortable, convenient and easy to drive!
