See the June 2026 RV Recalls from NHTSA

For June 2026, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) listed the RV recalls announced for the month. Among the brands included in the RV recalls for June are  Airstream, Airxcel, Alliance RV/Midwest Automotive Design, Forest River, Grand Design RV, Jayco/Entegra Coach, Storyteller Overland, Tiffin Motorhomes, and Winnebago. 

The following list of June 2026 RV recalls is ordered alphabetically by manufacturer. We provide the specifics of the each model’s recall as well as the action for the owner.

 

Airstream  

Affected Models: Certain 2026 Classic Recreational Trailers and 2025–2027 Interstate 

Recall. Airstream, Inc. (Airstream) is recalling certain 2026 Classic recreational trailers and 2025–2027 Interstate recreational vehicles, affecting 303 potential units. The vehicles are equipped with certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat, increasing the risk of a fire. 

Action for owner. Dealers will replace the printed circuit board, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 21, 2026. Owners may contact Airstream customer service at 1-877-596-6505 or 1-937-596-6111 ext. 7401 or 7411. Vehicle identification numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning August 21, 2026. 

Airxcel 

Affected Models: Certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan Rooftop Ventilation Fans  

Recall. Airxcel, Inc. (Airxcel) is recalling certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans, affecting 5,021 potential units. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat, increasing the risk of a fire. 

Action for owner. Dealers will inspect and replace the printed circuit board as necessary, free of charge. Vehicle manufacturers will be notified by August 7, 2026. Owners may contact Airxcel customer service at 1-316-832-3400. 

Alliance RV/Midwest Automotive Design 

Affected Models: Certain 2020–2026 Midwest Automotive Design Luxe Cruiser, 2021–2026 Ultimate Coach and G-55, 2022 Ultimate Entertainer, 2022–2024 Revolution, 2022–2025 Professional Series, 2022–2026 Ultimate Cruiser, Ultimate Limo, Patriot Cruiser, Ultimate Traveler, 2023 Signature, 2023–2024 Athletic Series, 2023–2026 Day Cruiser, Freedom, G-45, 2024–2026 Business Class, and Ultimate Weekender 

Recall. Alliance RV, LLC (Alliance) is recalling certain Midwest Automotive Design recreational vehicles, affecting 1,198 potential units. The ground wire may be undersized for the electrical system, which can allow the ground cable to overheat and increase the risk of a fire. 

Action for owner. Dealers will inspect the configuration and replace the inverter ground cable as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 6, 2026. Owners may contact Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165. Vehicle identification numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning June 22, 2026. 

 

Forest River 

Affected Models: Certain 2025–2026 No Boundaries (NOBO), 2025–2026 IBEX, and 2025–2027 R•POD 

Recall. Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025–2026 No Boundaries, 2025–2026 IBEX, and 2025–2027 R•Pod recreational trailers, affecting 1,824 potential units. The 110-volt circuits on the distribution panel may be mislabeled, which can result in electrical shock. 

Action for owner. Dealers will replace the circuit labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 1, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-825-0856. Forest River’s number for this recall is 47-2072. 

 

Affected Models: Certain 2023–2024 XLR Toy Haulers

Recall. Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023–2024 XLR toy hauler recreational trailers, affecting 38 potential units. The listed gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) exceeds the weight rating on the upper deck chassis. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, “Wheels and Rims-Other Than Passenger Cars.” 

Action for owner. Dealers will install a new corrected label, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 25, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-0432. Forest River’s number for this recall is 79-2067. 

 

Grand Design RV  

Affected Models: Certain 2025–2026 Reflection Fifth Wheels

Recall. Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2025–2026 Reflection fifth wheel recreational trailers equipped with certain Curt Touring Coil Suspensions, affecting 1,111 potential units. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened. Broken shock retainer bolt heads and washers may detach and become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash. 

Action for owner. Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 26, 2026. Owners may contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design’s number for this recall is 910062. 

 

Jayco/Entegra Coach 

Affected Models: Certain 2026 Entegra Qwest and Jayco Melbourne Prestige 

Recall. Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2026 Entegra Qwest and Jayco Melbourne Prestige recreational vehicles, affecting 74 potential units. The taillight warning light may incorrectly illuminate on the instrument panel display when the taillights are functioning correctly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, “Controls and Displays.” 

Action for owner. Dealers will replace the taillight harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 18, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco’s number for this recall is 9903656. 

 

Affected Models: Certain 2026 Entegra Qwest SE, Entegra Condor, Jayco Granite Ridge, and Jayco Melbourne 

Recall. Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2026 Entegra Qwest SE, Entegra Condor, Jayco Granite Ridge, and Jayco Melbourne recreational vehicles, affecting 103 potential units. The taillight warning light may incorrectly illuminate on the instrument panel display when the taillights are functioning correctly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 101, “Controls and Displays.”

Affected Models: Certain 2024 Jayco Alante and Entegra Vision

Recall. Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2024 Jayco Alante and Entegra Vision recreational vehicles, affecting four potential units. The Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) label may list the incorrect weight. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, “Wheels and Rims-Other Than Passenger Cars.” 

Action for owner. Jayco will mail new correct labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 3, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco’s number for this recall is 9903658. 

 

Affected Models: Certain 2027 Entegra Accolade and Jayco Seneca motorhomes  

Recall. Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2027 Entegra Accolade and Jayco Seneca motorhomes, affecting 14 potential units. The front dinette brackets may not have been installed, allowing the dinette to shift or detach. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 207, “Seating Systems.” 

Action for owner. Dealers will install the front dinette bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 3, 2026. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco’s number for this recall is 9903659. Vehicle identification numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning August 3, 2026. 

Storyteller Overland 

Affected Models: Certain 2024–2026 GXV Hilt Units 

Recall. Storyteller Overland, LLC (Storyteller) is recalling certain 2024–2026 GXV Hilt vehicles, affecting 82 potential units. The secondary alternator pulley may fail, resulting in a loss of power brakes and power steering.  

Action for owner. The remedy is currently under development. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 23, 2026. Owners may contact Storyteller customer service at 1-888-999-7442. 

 

Tiffin Motorhomes 

Affected Models: Certain 2026–2027 Zephyr, Wayfarer, Phaeton, Open Trail, GT1, Allegro Red, Allegro Open Road, Allegro Bus, Allegro Bay, 2026 Midas, Byway, and Allegro Breeze

Recall. Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2026–2027 Zephyr, Wayfarer, Phaeton, Open Trail, GT1, Allegro Red, Allegro Open Road, Allegro Bus, Allegro Bay, 2026 Midas, Byway, and Allegro Breeze recreational vehicles, affecting 425 potential units. The vehicles are equipped with certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat, increasing the risk of a fire. 

Action for owner. Dealers will replace the circuit board, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 28, 2026. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin’s number for this recall is TIF-149. Vehicle identification numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning August 28, 2026. 

 

Winnebago 

Affected Models: Certain 2026–2027 Revel and Revel Sport Units

Recall. Winnebago Industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2026–2027 Revel and Revel Sport recreational vehicles, affecting 384 potential units. The tire information label states an incorrect tire. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, “Tire Selection and Rims.” 

Action for owner. Dealers will install new labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 17, 2026. Owners may contact Winnebago customer service at 1-641-585-6939 or 1-800-537-1885. Winnebago’s number for this recall is 207.
