We’re off and into 2026, so by now it’s natural to wonder which new RV models have generated the most excitement. (Or maybe that’s just me normalizing my passion for RVs — but hey, I write RV reviews for a living!). Jokes aside, there’s a lot to be thrilled with in 2026,, from major refreshes of popular product lines to entirely new models hitting the market.

So, why wait to dive in?! Here are ten of the hottest new RV models that 2026 brought us. 

Airstream World Traveler

The company famous for their aluminum-skinned trailers added three new models to the collection, including a new line of RV models: the World Traveler. The World Traveler is a new, smaller Airstream but one that maintains the traditional look for the brand. 

Exciting features include:

  • Optional 300 watt of solar and 2.5 kWh lithium battery system
  • V-shaped twin beds 
  • Dry bath
  • Nontraditional (for Airstream) dual-pane acrylic windows

The company also unveiled the new Trade Wind 27FB, a more traditional Airstream in some ways but groundbreaking for the brand in others. The new Trade Wind comes to market with an optional system co-developed with EV platform company Harbinger to integrate an 18.5-kilowatt-hour battery bank into the 27-foot trailer. The system also includes a 5,000-watt inverter and 50-amp service with dual ducted air conditioners featuring heat pumps. This setup allows full use of appliances and comfort systems without the need for shore power.

Awaken RV

Awaken RV is a new company that is building fiberglass-hulled trailers like Casita, Oliver, Escape, Bigfoot and others. So, why another new company producing more RV models like this? Founder Scott Hubble wanted to rekindle innovation and passion he had felt in the past but was missing in his life. He felt there was room to do something truly different. 

Exciting features include:

  • Large dry bath across the width of the rear of the trailer
  • Double hull build — a separate interior and exterior mold with insulation between
  • Ducted Truma heat and A/C systems
  • Aluminum chassis
  • Standard solar and lithium system
  • Dexter torsion axle suspension

Ember RV Touring Edition

If you follow independent RV company Ember RV, you may already be familiar with their Touring Edition moniker. But the name is on a completely reimagined offering under the brand. One of the biggest changes is that the Touring Edition now features the Curt Touring Coil suspension, an advanced suspension named for this line of trailers. 

Exciting features include:

  • Models available with Ember’s innovative EmberTrack flexible bunk space
  • All plumbing features have individual shut-off valves
  • Curt Touring Coil suspension
  • Standard autolevel system
  • 82-inch ceiling height

Entegra Coach Embark

Thor showed their prototype chassis using an electric drive motor and gasoline range extender at last year’s open house and the motorhome was announced as the Entegra Coach Embark for 2026. The company is planning to ship inaugural models into a rental fleet for feedback and then make them available to purchase after they learn more — a very smart move. While the running gear is rather groundbreaking the rest of the RV is a familiar form.

Exciting features include:

  • Electric drive motor and gasoline range extender
  • 105-mile estimated EV-only range; combined 450-mile range with gasoline engine
  • Promised ability to provide back-up power in addition to operating the RV
  • No-slide floor plan with European feel

Evotrex PR5

California start-up Evotrex has announced a new concept in towable RV models that combines a very large battery, an electric drive motor and a gasoline generator to produced an overlanding trailer that eliminates the losses of either EV driving range or fuel economy associated with towing a trailer. 

Exciting features include:

  • 1500 watts of solar + on-board generator
  • 42-kilowatt-hour battery
  • Able to charge an EV
  • App to control movement of trailer and all trailer functions
  • All-electric trailer including climate control and electric on-demand water heater

Honda Base Station

A name that might surprise some when referring to RVs is Honda. The company known for their well-designed cars showed off a prototype travel trailer that is intended to be able to be towed by many of those cars. Dubbed Base Station the lightweight boxy trailer is essentially a blank canvas but one that Honda will offer a number of options on that will turn it into a more functional option. 

“Base Station is a perfect example of what can happen when you let a team of researchers, designers and engineers pursue bold new ideas to create new value for our customers,” says Jane Nakagawa, vice president of the American Honda R&D Business Unit. “Just like the Motocompacto, Base Station is the product of fresh and innovative thinking. We designed it to make camping more accessible and enjoyable for families across America.”

Exciting features include:

  • Mostly blank canvas but with many options for greater functionality
  • Designed to be towable by most of Honda’s SUV line
  • Optional A/C, kitchen and shower designed to fit into the space occupied by the windows in the trailer
  • Currently a prototype but Honda indicates it is considering production

Keystone RV Montana

Keystone RV is making noise about the very popular Montana line undergoing a heavy refresh for 2026. Considering the popularity of the brand, there is a good deal of excitement about what’s new with the line. 

Exciting features include:

  • Five-year structural warranty
  • Curt Touring Coil Suspension and Helux pin box
  • Redesigned convenience center with water manifold, power dump valves, water filtration, frame-built power cord reel, and dual 40- pound propane bottles standard

Grand Design RV Foundation

In addition to the company’s popular line of travel trailers and fifth wheel,s the company has also made a huge impression with their Class B, C and Super C motorhomes. Now, they’ve introduced a destination trailer field with their Foundation line. This new large model has come on the scene with some significant features, most notable of which is a second-story balcony. 

Exciting features include:

  • Second-story patio deck
  • 101-inch wide body design
  • On-board three-stage water filtration system
  • Brass plumbing fittings with shut-off valves at each fixture
  • Grand Design features like built-in trash cans and pet dishes

Nexus RV Ghost 39DS

Nexus line of Super Cs got a bit bigger with the introduction of the Ghost 39DS. But it’s not just size that makes this new offering a stand out, there’s also a large side patio deck on the rig as well. The Ghost 39DS has an exclusive MV International chassis, which includes a 6.7 Cummins engine with 360 horsepower and comes with an Allison 3000 transmission. Nexus national sales manager Gary Yeoman says that this, “allows us to have the industry-leading 20,000-pounds towing capacity — the majority of Super C’s in our segment only pull 15,000-pound capacity.”

Exciting features include:

  • TV that flips up for travel storage
  • Large patio outside the bedroom with a sliding glass door
  • All-steel composite construction — company claims is 72 percent stronger and maximizes thermal and sound insulation
  • Large basement storage compartments

Winnebago Thrive

Winnebago has reimagined their travel trailer line with this new series of towables that have incorporated a lot of new build methods and design elements. 

Exciting features include:

  • Fiberglass molded counter tops
  • CNC cut walls and cabinetry for precise fit
  • Lightweight steps
  • Taller ceiling heights
