Are you looking for a stunning toy hauler that sleeps up to six and has lots of room for toys like motorcycles and side-by-sides? Well, the luxurious Vengeance Rogue Armored 26L140 might just be made for you. This model combines the amenities you’d expect in a high-end fifth wheel with the ability to bring along those big outdoor toys you love.
So, come on along for the ride as I review this bright, modern-feeling toy hauler.
Overall, the Vengeance Rogue Armored 26L140 scored very well. I rated it a whopping 9.3 out of 10 because it has everything you could possibly want in a toy hauler. It’s luxurious. It’s spacious. And on top of that, it has a nice big bathroom and outdoor shower. As well as a versatile kitchen space. As well as a fairly civilized dining area (for a toy hauler). Frankly, it’s a well-designed, well-thought out RV with excellent build quality.
The Vengeance Rogue Armored 26L140 has six sleeping spaces. Let’s start with the master bedroom. There, the first thing you’ll notice is a panoramic privacy glass picture window that stretches across the cap from one wall to the other. A sumptuous king-size bed is nestled into the front, driver’s side slide-out. It has a padded headboard that conceals a couple of delightful surprises. Namely two padded, flip-down arms replete with beverage holders.
Overhead, there’s a projector pointed where the 50-inch window shade pulls down over another big picture window on the wall opposite the bed. It makes a perfect theatre. Snuggled into the comfy bed with a beverage parked in the armrest and some yummy snacks, it’s easy to imagine. However, if projector screens are not your jam, there is also a spot on a nearby wall that’s prepped for a TV.
On top of all that, the bedroom can be maintained at a comfortable sleeping temperature by its own 15,000-Btu air conditioner. (Additionally, there are venting windows, so you can have the benefits of fresh air if you prefer it.)
The Vengeance Rogue Armored design team made sure there is no wasted space in the front cap. Here’s where you’ll find extensive light colored maple cabinet and drawer storage topped with a wealth of black countertops. The result is a very appealing, bright, modern aesthetic.
There’s more sleeping space in the living room. An overhead queen bed takes advantage of the high ceiling and can be manually pulled down when it’s time for bed. Beneath it, the two bench style sofas on either side flip down to become two separate double beds.
Accessible from either the master bedroom or via the main part of the trailer, the bathroom in the Vengeance Rogue Armored 26L140 is spacious and has a 40-inch shower that has oodles of head room owing to the high, toy hauler ceilings in this travel trailer. The vanity is small, but the stainless-steel sink gives it a nice, modern aesthetic. There’s storage in the vanity cabinet for basic cleaning supplies and up above is a shelving unit with lots of storage for towels or baskets/bins. The trick is getting up to it. Of course, this could be accomplished with a step stool.
Toilet placement can be a challenge in any RV. Ideally, you want to have enough space to have some elbow room, but this can be limited by the available bathroom space. The toilet in this floorplan is OK, but it could leave bigger people feeling a little squished. However, there’s certainly plenty of room in front of it. It’s not perfect, but it’s not bad enough to be a deal breaker either. With all that said, the toilet gets a thumbs up from me because it’s an easy to clean and maintain porcelain model.
The high ceilings in this RV could make opening the bathroom fan vent a challenge. However, the designers of the Vengeance Rogue Armored 26L140 have considered this and came up with a solution. There’s a wall switch operated power vent fan that makes venting humidity from the bathroom a breeze.
Living area in the Vengeance Rogue Armored 26L140 is highlighted by a big deck bordered by attractive three-season French doors and tempered glass railings that keep everyone safe. This space has its own power awning for shade, making it a comfortable place to relax with family and friends as well as a secure space for any four-legged members of your group.
Inside this model, living space is centered around two bench-style, flip-out sofa beds that fold flat against the walls when it’s time to load vehicles into the trailer. This space is converted into a dining area with the addition of a low folding table that can be stored conveniently under the bed.
The main living area is kitted out with a 42-inch swivel-mounted TV that can be adjusted to different viewing angles as well as a Bluetooth soundbar for a home theater experience. The 90-degree angle of the TV to the seating area is actually a perfect viewing angle when you’re relaxed and stretched out on the sofa, propped up by a cushion or two.
Because camping is all about spending time outside, there’s expansive sheltered living space beneath the 18-foot awning that extends over the passenger side. This is where the camp chef gets treated to a neat outdoor kitchen with a two-burner gas grill that has a small counter space on either side, a small fridge, and a quick-connect for water . There’s also a propane quick-connect, ready to supply a gas fire pit or barbecue.
It’s always good to have options. When it comes to living space, the Vengeance Rogue Armored 26L140 offers them in spades. There are lots of comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy life inside and out of this RV.
The L-shaped kitchen in the Vengeance Rogue Armored 26L140 has everything you need to prepare memorable meals, including abundant counter space. There are four cabinets and six drawers, plus shelves for all the accouterments of great eating experiences. (Little things matter.) As another example, this kitchen offers a four-bottle wine rack and a flip-out trash bin designed to be used with plastic grocery bags. In addition, there’s a versatile rolling island that houses more cabinet space. It’s designed to be used either as an island, or incorporated seamlessly to the kitchen space to form a U-shaped kitchen area. When it’s time to travel, it rolls into the bedroom where it can be secured for storage.
The kitchen boasts a high-end appliance package too. There’s space to store food in the 10.9-cubic-foot, residential-style Insignia refrigerator-freezer. There’s also a residential size microwave, a three-burner gas cooktop, and a big (for an RV) 21-inch oven.
The undermount, farmhouse-style sink offers a sleek, brushed stainless-steel, pull-down faucet and a built-in glass washer that saves dishwashing time as well as water.
The Rogue 26L140 has an enclosed heated underbelly, along with a temperature control package that includes two air conditioners and a gas furnace. These things would normally give an RV four-season capabilities. However, the high ceilings of the 26L140 will make it a difficult space to heat the winter. With that said, this toy hauler is probably better suited to extended three-season camping than snowy winter camping adventures.
Like many toy haulers, the Vengeance Rogue Armored 26L140 doesn’t offer a lot of exterior storage. That’s because inside, there’s enough space to store multiple side-by-sides or motorbikes and a host of other gear. However, the exterior of this RV houses two features that deserve mentioning. These are a 30-gallon fueling station with a digital pump so you can keep tabs of how much gas is left. Additionally, there’s a fully prepped cabinet that’s ready to house a generator, for an additional off grid power supply.
Inside, there are a wealth of storage spaces in the bedroom, on the bathroom shelving and in the kitchen. The king bed lifts up to reveal additional storage. The master is full of drawer and cabinet space. Storage shelves in the bathroom could be used for towels or baskets. Still, it would be nice to see a wardrobe (even a small one) for hanging storage in this RV.
The 2025 Forest River Vengeance Rogue Armored 26L140 provides all the luxuries of a high-end fifth wheel in a versatile, family friendly travel trailer/toy hauler. Camping is all about enjoying good food, good times and good company while getting a chance to marvel at the wonders of nature. This RV has everything it takes to provide a camping experience that includes all of those things and more.
