Purchased used in 2020, this motorhome was a great first coach for our family of 4. We are selling now because, as the kids have grown older we want to upgrade to a coach with bunk beds. The king sized bed in the rear, queen above the cab and fold down dinette mean a lot of comfortable sleeping area and the large slide makes the interior very spacious. The coach has some cosmetic issues with both the interior and exterior which we present when we purchased it in 2020. The outside is very faded and many of the stickers are peeling. The fading might buff out but I am unsure. The interior has the same upholstery problem as every Thor coach from this time with the vinyl chipping and wearing thin. Additionally, the coach has the same tires it had when we purchased it so they will likely need to be replaced within the next year. We are priced well below retail value because of these cosmetic problems.mechanically we have taken good care of the coach with all mechanical maintenance performed by a professional and on schedule. New windshield installed in 2020. New slide motors and tracks in 2021. January 2024 we repaired an oil leak that required a new timing cover as well as timing cover gasket, valve cover gasket, inake manifold gasket, and front crank shaft seal. In June 2024 we replaced the auto leveling hydraulic pump and tank assembly as well as the control board. We also replaced one of the rear sway bars at the same time. *note, the trailer hitch rack and flag pole mounts attached to the ladder that are shown in the pictures and not included with the sale.

<p>I am selling my 2021 Thor Four Winds 31B. This is a 32' motorhome with the remainder of the platinum transferrable warranty.</p><p>I bought this coach brand new in September of 2020. It currently has just under 30,000 miles on it.</p><p>This class C motorhome was built on the Ford E450 chassis with a 7.3L V8 gas engine. This engine puts out 350HP and 468lb-ft of torque.</p><p>The exterior is flawless and shiny with ample storage and an outdoor entertainment center that includes a TV and sound bar. The outdoor TV is hooked into the HDMI splitter, allowing you to hook up an Apple TV and view the same show on all 3 TVs.</p><p>This RV has 2 slide-outs. One contains the bathroom, kitchen, and living areas while the one in the back is the bedroom.</p><p>It has a 30 amp electrical system that runs 2 rooftop air conditioners as well as everything else in the coach. There is also a built-in Onan generator for when you're not hooked up to power. I added 300 watts of solar to the roof as well as upgraded the house batteries to 2 - 100 amp hour AGM batteries. This also required upgrading the solar charger, which allows the batteries to stay charged even when unplugged and the generator off. I also added a 3000-watt inverter that only powers the outlets in the coach. This will run TVs, charge laptops, and Starlink internet.</p><p>Both the black and grey tanks are heated for cold weather camping.</p><p>Inside, there is a cab-over-bunk above the driving cab of the motorhome. This sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Behind that is the living room area with a theater-seating couch that could sleep 2 people as well. Across from the couch is the dinette that folds down into a bed. The table can sleep 2 as well.</p><p>Behind the living room is the kitchen area. On one side is the RV refrigerator that runs off both electric and propane. Next to the fridge is a pantry for food storage. Across from that is a stove with 2 propane burners as well as an induction cooktop. Next to that is a large kitchen sink. Below is storage and above is a microwave with more storage.</p><p>Moving back to the bathroom area you’ll find the toilet and shower on one side with a sink and storage on the other.</p><p>In the very back is the master bedroom which has a queen bed with storage above it. On the other side is a walk-in closet that has 8 drawers and 2 clothes rods. On one side of the closet, you can also remove the drawers and there are hookups for a washer and dryer.</p><p>Delivery can be arranged.</p>

<p>For sale: 2021 Thor ACE 27.2 RV with 19,000 miles. We're the original owners, and this RV has been well cared for with normal wear and tear. We've made significant upgrades, including installing more robust metal frames to the front end, replacing the standard wood frames for enhanced durability. Additional updates include a new toilet, new water heater, new front windshield, and a new bathroom fan. The batteries have been rewired with upgraded electrical components and fittings, ensuring better reliability. The oven has never been used. We had a little friend enter through one of the side compartments and into the heating duct last winter. Camping World removed the nest, cleaned the area, and installed new heating ducts. No other damage was found and we closed up the entry way.</p><p><br></p><p>We added a new door step with a better motor in 2021. </p><p><br></p><p>The manufacture driver side window was not installed correctly. So we installed a new one with a better frame. </p><p><br></p><p>As with most RV's out there. we found that some of the components installed from the manufacturer we're very basic and "cheap". Very common among all RV's and if you're looking to purchase a new RV. be prepared for some updating. In the past 3 years we've updated the toilet, bathroom fan, water heater, and we installed a metal frame in the front to beef up the framework. Most RV's off the lot have wooden frames ( be careful ). </p><p><br></p><p>THE GENERATOR:</p><p>We sold our generator as we did not use it. Extra weight. We're happy to have one installed for an additional price. Otherwise, if you're going to use a generator we recommend having one installed at Camping World. They usually run between 5-6K.</p>

The camper was built off a 2022 Legend Thunder 7x14 Trailer as a Mini Toy Hauler that could accommodate one motorcycle with the bed in the upright position in transit. Then remove the motorcycle and lower the bed when camping. If you don’t have a motorcycle this camper could also be used by a family as a normal camper.
