<p>This trailer is in very good condition and I would continue using it if I had the need. Its amazing how much is packed into a small unit!</p><p><br></p><p>I purchased this unit in Colorado, in 2021. It served me well as I traveled East and stayed a month at RV campgrounds, and then on my property, first off grid, and then with a 30A service while I built a dwelling. While it was parked on my property, I wrapped it in insulation and house wrap for protection from the cold and sun. Now that I've moved into the dwelling, I am selling it as is rather than let it sit unoccupied.</p><p><br></p><p>The website will not let me edit the details, so I'll say here that the awning IS INCLUDED.</p><p><br></p><p>I made several upgrades and repairs (composting toilet - a wonderful, odor free change [a large supply of peat moss is included], new heating motherboard, new inverter, sturdy stabilizers, etc) to the unit after buying it as is following it being auctioned by an insurance company after a break in. I'm also including a few accessories, including a new dashboard screen for the rear camera (see photos).</p><p><br></p><p>There are a few things I did not fix because they didn't impact my 18 months of using the unit (hence the low price). I can provide a detailed list on request.</p>
