<p>Recently remodeled 2012 Fleetwood Jamboree 31M. Painted exterior zero fade!!!</p><p></p><p>I am the 3rd generation family that has owned the RV. Garage kept its entire life. The first owner chose to have Good Sam complete coverage on the RV. The 2nd owner and myself continued the coverage. We pay $45 every month. </p><p></p><p>Oil changed every 3,000 miles. We installed a new AC last year (thanks to our Good Sam Coverage all we owed was $250 deductible)</p><p></p><p>13,000 miles and well taken care of.</p><p></p><p>We replaced the floor with commercial grade vinyl plank and placed 1/4” aged plank on one side of the RV interior. The bathroom is wrapped with fiberglass panels, which makes it easy to clean and helps ensure moisture does not find a way into the walls from the shower. We removed the stove and oven as shown in the photos.</p><p></p><p>We used granite countertops throughout the RV. (Weight is not an issue), replace the mirrors and add a new LED lights throughout the RV. The queen bed is brand new. </p><p></p><p>We own the RV outright and have the title in hand.</p>

<p>This diesel pusher is an oldie but goodie offering a bright and airy living space for someone on a budget. Only 35,000 miles on it, with a dependable Allison transmission and 350 hp Cat engine. Engine oil and filter were recently changed. This was my first motorhome, and was surprisingly easy to drive for its size. </p><p><br></p><p>The interior is distinguished by light-colored solid wood cabinetry and an attractive tile floor spanning from the front entry to the shower. Two luxurious beige leather sofas surrounded by big windows create sunny spaces for napping, hanging out, watching TV, or sleeping additional people. </p><p><br></p><p>The kitchen space has kitchenette/booth-style seating with a handsome solid wood dining table, and plenty of counter space. A Splendide washing machine is included, which was installed less than two years ago. The fridge/freezer is a typical Norcold model, and fortunately post-dates the infamous fire recalls. The shower has a sunny skylight and luxurious seat, and there is lots of storage space above the sink for you to stash your toothbrush and hair dryer before hitting the road. </p><p><br></p><p>The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and massive closet plus cabinets, providing enough clothing storage for two people (or one fashionista) to live full-time. There is also a special laundry hamper cabinet in the bedroom. Other innovative features peculiar to ALFA include a living room slideout with a super high ceiling (no need to remember to duck!) There is also a super nifty kitchen trash can compartment with exterior access door, making it easy to take out the trash. </p><p><br></p><p>Started by the son of the Fleetwood founder, who famously told his dad "See Ya!" while heading out the door, these ALFA RVs have a loyal fan base due to several unique features designed with full-time living in mind. The company famously went under due to the flaking "pock marks" of the gel coat finish, which is a purely cosmetic issue. </p><p><br></p><p>I briefly lived in this RV full-time across Nevada and Utah while on sabbatical from my academic job. Alas, I am now moving away from the RV lifestyle for family reasons. The original owners before me were a nice retired couple who took it on several vacations before downsizing to a trailer in 2022. This RV is perfect either for the camping adventure of a lifetime, or a cozy but spacious full-time home. With its large roof, it would be a perfect candidate for adding solar panels.</p>
