It has a fresh Pennsylvania Inspection (pretty thorough) and was recently serviced for the 15,000 mile service by the local Ford dealer. This coach has a few luxurious upgrades that you do not see in most coaches this size:</p><li data-list="bullet"><b>Self Leveling:</b> no need for playing with jacks or chocks and rolling your coach forward and back trying to get it level. Simply push a button and wait for the system to do the tough part. Voila, level and solid floors in under 5 minutes.</li><li data-list="bullet"><b>Full Size French Door Refrigerator: </b>A coach this size needs a real refrigerator to feed everyone. This refrigerator can feed a small army or 2 teenage boys. It has french doors for the refrigerator and 2 separate freezers. It operate on AC or propane.</li><li data-list="bullet"><b>Dishwasher: </b>I hate doing dishes so I installed a dishwasher in the space of one of the bunks near the galley. This space works very well for quick access storage like gym bags golf clubs etc. It would be very easy to revert it to a bunk if that is your choice.</li><li data-list="bullet"><b>Separate Bathroom:</b> The floor plan of this coach is unique compared to most others. The bath is a single private room with the shower, toilet, sink, and 2 medicine cabinets.
