Done with camping for a while; off to Europe! We have kept it immaculate (no smoke or pets) and well maintained (have records). Easy to drive, park, maneuver through small towns and roads. We added a swivel to the passenger's captain's chair which has made getting in and out a breeze; also provides a great reading nook if partner is still sleeping!Features: Pleated shades on windows, even the windshield. So easy to gain privacy at night. Big plastic inserts for front door windows. Custom window covers/screens for ventilation without bugs!Kitchen: microwave, recessed 3 burner gas range, sink, with tinted glass covers, frig (electricity from campsite, off battery while driving or generator while "boondocking"), stainless steel backsplash. Plenty of storage with upper cabinets self-contained, locks like on boats. Two drawers under stove. Storage under sink & under both couches. We added easy access from back door so you don't have to lift up couch when setting up. We kept hook ups and folding chairs there.Couches turn into big bed, brand new memory foam cushions installed. TV on swing arm. Boss sound system (DVD/MP3/CD, AM/FM). All plywood has been treated with polyurethane. Bathroom: has toilet which empties into a very handy "cassette" making emptying easy. Sink and shower there but we always used campgrounds to avoid moisture. Wall has a crack which I made worse by putting up a suspension rod. It's been caulked with Lexel. Clean Water Holding Tank, Waste Water Holding Tank, Ice cold AC unit, heater beneath couch. Handy exhaust fan in ceiling. ONAN generator 2800. Canopy, easy to use & great shape. Two outside electrical outlets (perfect for elec. skillet to keep grease and odors outside!). Side door has Magnet Screen (As Seen on TV!). Google 2009 Majestic Leisure Tourer II to see more pictures/videos. It's a dream to drive and can go where other campers can't!
