The battery is a West Marine 90Ah deep cycle flooded marine battery with a no-spill design. A temperature sensor monitors the battery compartment for improved battery charging. The solar system uses two Renogy 100-watt 12V monocrystalline solar panels and the Wanderer 30A PWM charge controller. The solar panels are mounted to the Thule roof rack and can be easily removed. One or two panels can be used, depending on your electrical needs. By storing the solar panels, the racks are cleared for bicycles, kayaks, surfboards, etc while traveling. The roof rack can hold up to 150 pounds. The ventilation is comprised of a Fan-tastic roof vent and four mushroom vents. The Fan-tastic vent has a 12-inch, 3-speed, bi-directional fan that pulls or pushes air through the four mushroom vents for a comfortable night’s sleep. Four stainless steel, 2-axis swivel LED fixtures make up the interior lighting. Each are individually switchable for full control. The chassis is a steel utility trailer from Northern Tools with 12-inch wheels, trailer jack, and 2-inch coupler.
