We look forward to meeting you and showing you our coach. This is our 4th RV and in all of our shopping and searching we were usually disappointed when looking at dealerships. When dealing directly with the owner it felt like we could get a better understanding of how the RV had been maintained & used, as well as detailed information on upgrades or tips. In addition as we became used to the systems, the previous owner was readily available to answer questions. Why we bought a 43′ when we were looking for a 40′? We began our search looking for a Tiffin because we saw so many of them on the road & had heard many satisfied customers who raved about the customer service. Like many others we thought a Phaeton 40′ would suit us fine and searched very hard to find one we liked. After several offers fell through, we saw this 43′ listed for sale by the original owner near Santa Barbara CA & went to see it the next day. It was immediately obvious the coach had been well cared for, was lightly used & a great value. In addition, we had much more space, a safer & more stable driving/towing platform and 2 bathrooms instead of 1. We bought it the next day and have never regretted the decision. My initial reservations about driving a longer vehicle were quickly replaced by admiration for such a beautifully built & designed machine. Text messages preferred.
