This camper/truck are FULLY loaded with ALL options. RV Trader only allows 3000 characters; please email for complete description. Full graphic design, dual power awnings w/h LED lighting, upgraded Goodyear Marathon tires, power front landing gear and rear power stabilizer jacks, seamless exterior windows, slide out awning covers, and tons more. Veryrare option: DUAL A/Cs! Leather everything! Free standing dinette, 46” flat screen with surround sound, fire place, full ‘stainless appearance’ kitchen package, oven, Corian countertops, real tile backsplash, 3 burner cook top, microwave, glass enclosed shower with real porcelain toilet. Sleep Number dual adjustable bed, above bed storage, 22” flat screen TV, and USB charging station on one side of bed. 2013 Ford F150 Lariat 4X4 SuperCrew 6.5 bed with 3.5L EcoBoost and only 72K miles! Truck comes with all leather, navigation/touch screen, heated/cooled seats, power everything, sunroof, Max Trailer Tow package with upgraded SuperDuty towing mirrors (power extending and folding), LINE-X spray in bed liner, chrome running boards, mud flaps, Michelin MS2/AT Load Range E tires, air bag system installed on the rear suspension with a wireless remote so you can adjust on the fly ($1,500.00 addition for the bags and controller). The fifth wheel hitch is a Reese Titan 20 slider rated at 20K lbs towing/5000 lbs pin capacities ($1000.00 option). Another addition, I mounted a Class 3 hitch on the front of the truck. Lastly, I’ve had a new CAC (turbo intercooler) and throttle body installed, both Ford OEM parts. The CAC is an updated one to eliminate the possibility of condensation forming within the intercooler and causing a misfire; the throttle body had a failed seal, so I had the whole thing replaced just to be cautious. This truck runs and pulls like a freight train! I’m including everything I’ve mentioned here; even the Reese hitch. I’ll even include 2 brand new (still in the box) Fantastic Fans, valued at $540. Here’s the bottom line: NADA Suggested List Price for the Rockwood, not counting the dual A/C’s, the Sleep Number bed, the tire upgrade, or the new fans ($4,040 total) is $43,384. NADA Certified Price with Options for the F150, not counting the air bag suspension and front mounted Class 3 hitch ($1,650.00) is $32,500 (Clean Retail is $30,575). That’s a minimum $73,959 total: I’m asking $68,000 for both. That’s almost $6K less than suggested list for both, and you’re still getting $5,690 in options for free! That’s $11,649 off!!!! I checked RV Trader and used Rockwood 8289ws fifth wheels of this caliber, with these options, are rare! Get this one while it’s available. Serious inquires only. Camper is currently winterized and will be housed at a storage facility; it’ll have to be moved to my house for viewing. Also, would consider separating out if the camper if it’s all you want. Please email or text for more information!  Thanks for looking!
