This type trailer is refered to as a hydrid. It is like a pop up as in the beds fold down and there is canvas all the way around for great ventilation when power is not available. It also has the advantage of being hardsided, so you can actually store your clothes and food inside and have access to a dining table when stopped on the side of the road. This model has an electric AC unit and a gas furnace. The gas furnace can be used without being connected to 120 V power. This model also has a two-burner stove, a microwave oven, a stereo, a sink, a toilot, a shower and a water heater. There are fresh water, grey water, and black water tanks. It has a very large awning that does not need to be staked down to the ground. It sleeps 5 very comfortably with privacy curtains on the end beds. It has a huge amount of storage. The only negative to this camper is the refrigerator is not reliable, so I have reduced the price to allow the new owner to purchase and install one that would be warranteed under their name. Or, I can have it fixed for you at cost. The refrigerator is approximately $500 plus installation. After owning a hybrid camper, you will be asking yourself, "why aren't all campers hybrids?" They are much smaller to tow and store and only takes minutes to set up.
