SOLD!2009 Coachmen Freelander 2130QB. Length is 23', 8". This is a 2 owner RV. We bought it locally in 2012 from the original buyer. It only had 2000 miles on it at the time and looked brand new. The current mileage is 46,262. We have taken very good care of this RV. It has a 3-burner stove and oven that has never even been used. It works, we have lit the burners, we just never cooked on it or in it. (We used the oven for pizza storage.) We are non-smokers but did have our dog (corgi) in it from time to time. She was never allowed on the bed and was only allowed on the dinette seats when they were covered. This RV has a large wardrobe and plenty of storage, both inside and out. There's even storage under the dinette seats. There is a queen sized bed in the back (sleeps 2), the dinette folds down into a bed (sleeps 2), and the "perch" over the cab sleeps 2 as well. The driver and passenger seats are very comfortable and look new; no stains, rips, or tears. The tires are 5 years old and were last rotated at 40,000 miles. The battery was replaced in January 2018. It's a 12v deep cycle. The last oil and filter change was 5/6/18. All maintenance was kept up-to-date and maintenance records are available. There has been one small leak in the roof on the passenger side of the cab. The leak was immediately repaired and has not leaked since, but there is mild warping in the wallpaper in that area. See pic marked "LEAK DAMAGE PHOTO". The exterior of the RV is in very good condition with some "cracking" in the graphics due to the Florida sun and heat.Comes with spare tire, trailer hitch, Camco decor stove topper, new shower curtain, and ADCO invisible windshield privacy cover with roll down flaps. The awning is manual, not electric. We only used it twice during ownership, it stayed rolled up the rest of the time. There are a few mildew stains and a couple of small holes in the seam near the top. These can most likely be repaired or the awning can be replaced. The step is electric and works fine. There is a 17" flat screen TV and a DVD player. Both work fine but the sound on the TV is not the best. It is the original unit and we never used it much. Remotes for both work fine. The refrigerator and freezer work great. The AC (13,00 BTU, non-ducted) blows very cold and the heater works great. We have camped in both winter and summer, without issue.Chevy front end, AM/FM CD stereo, 6-way power seat (Driver only), Cruise control, power windows, and tilt wheel. Four electrical outlets in the back by queen bed, 2 under the dinette, 2 in bathroom, and 1 under fold-down shelf by sink. This unit is very clean and has been very well taken care of. It has never been involved in an accident. Call 850-497-6051 with any and all questions.
