Selling my 2017 Fleetood Discovery LXE 40G with 9,313 miles. My wife and three girls love this RV but with my wifes and my work schedule (we are both nurses) we dont have many weekends free together to enjoy it. <br />In May of 2023 I replaced all 6 tires and the 6 house batteries were replaced in March of 2024. The 2 chasis batteries were replaced 1 year ago. Also the motor and generator were serviced in May 2023. Single piece fiberglass roof with two slide outs, one full side other half side. Full size (22ft) residential refrigerator, king size bed, bunk beds, pull out queen sofa bed and drop down u-shapped dinnet. The RV has a 43 inch with Bose soundbar and 32 inch tv in the living room, 32 inch tv in bedroom, bunks with drop down dvd players with wireless headphones, 32 inch tv ouside with DVD player, satellite system, central vacuum, washer and dryer, dishwasher, induction cook top, and combo microwave/convention oven. Solar panel integrated in to electric system to keep batteries topped off, 8000 watt diesel generator, satellite system, GPS navigation, automatic leveling system, automatic reel for electric and water service. <br />RV has 100 gallon freshwater tank , 75 gallon grey water tank, 50 gallon black water tank, and 30 gallon propane tank. It comes with Endless/tankless hot water that was serviced in May, 2024. <br />There is plenty of storage in coach and in the basement, a 90 inch front through storage slide, undercarriage lights. Window awning package. 10,000 pound hitch. The front windsheild does have a chip out of line of sight but have not been able to schedule repair due to our work and kids afterschool hectic schedule.
