<p>Owned since new by a certified RV repairman & inspector who has gone above and beyond all maintenance recommendations. This includes regular roof, AC, generator and mechanical upkeep. It can sleep up to 8 people in the King size bed, the hallway bunks, the sleeper sofa and the drop down cab bed. The King size bed has a brand new, 8” memory foam mattress. The gas motor, a Triton 6.8L V10, has 27,000 miles clocked. All electronics have been upgraded. This includes TLC HD Roku televisions throughout, Bose sound-bar in the outdoor entertainment area and 10 inch pioneer stereo receiver in dash which is wireless Apple CarPlay compatible. The coach features one touch auto leveling and a single super slide for near effortless setup, most of which can be done at the touch of a button on the remote control. It is also equipped with an updated Renogy 3000w inverter to keep your refrigerators cold and your televisions showing without needing to use the 5500w Onan generator. The front captains chairs swivel around into the living space, doubling their usefulness and adding to the seating area. A dining table can be stationed between the chairs for meal time. There are solid surface kitchen counters, three burners on the stove, and a residential fridge with an ice maker. The custom, built in entertainment center adds ample storage for children’s toys, office supplies, gaming, library or pet storage. Aside from the front chairs and belts, there are two seatbelts for the couch, and two seatbelts under the bench of the entertainment center. The bunks in the hallway can comfortably sleep two, convert into a closet and storage area with hanging bar, or could make a good pet kennel zone. This coach has ample indoor and outdoor storage to take advantage of its large rating for cargo carrying capacity. Bathroom has a lovely skylight in the shower for added height and an upgraded Oxygenics Fury shower head. On the outside, there is an outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen, a TV on a manual swivel, quick propane connection and a legless lateral power awning with integrated LED lighting. The coach does have some minor cosmetic blemishes but has also been tastefully updated to better suit the needs of a family. Selling my 2017 Fleetood Discovery LXE 40G with 9,313 miles. My wife and three girls love this RV but with my wifes and my work schedule (we are both nurses) we dont have many weekends free together to enjoy it. <br />In May of 2023 I replaced all 6 tires and the 6 house batteries were replaced in March of 2024. The 2 chasis batteries were replaced 1 year ago. Also the motor and generator were serviced in May 2023. Single piece fiberglass roof with two slide outs, one full side other half side. Full size (22ft) residential refrigerator, king size bed, bunk beds, pull out queen sofa bed and drop down u-shapped dinnet. The RV has a 43 inch with Bose soundbar and 32 inch tv in the living room, 32 inch tv in bedroom, bunks with drop down dvd players with wireless headphones, 32 inch tv ouside with DVD player, satellite system, central vacuum, washer and dryer, dishwasher, induction cook top, and combo microwave/convention oven. Solar panel integrated in to electric system to keep batteries topped off, 8000 watt diesel generator, satellite system, GPS navigation, automatic leveling system, automatic reel for electric and water service. <br />RV has 100 gallon freshwater tank , 75 gallon grey water tank, 50 gallon black water tank, and 30 gallon propane tank. It comes with Endless/tankless hot water that was serviced in May, 2024. <br />There is plenty of storage in coach and in the basement, a 90 inch front through storage slide, undercarriage lights. Window awning package. 10,000 pound hitch. The front windsheild does have a chip out of line of sight but have not been able to schedule repair due to our work and kids afterschool hectic schedule.
