Like new. Military owned. Used the motorhome to get my family of 4 across the country in comfort. I will throw in a ton of equipment (awning screens $200, grill/table rig $250, water tote $250, 50 amp surge protector $250 and all of the mats and hookup hoses. I upgraded the interior lighting with new bright LEDs and installed oxygenic shower heads in both interior showers and the exterior shower. Yes, this coach has 2 full bathrooms, 5 TVs (upgraded ROKU TV in bedroom), a full size AC/LP fridge, a King bed, a washer/dryer combo, 2 standard bunks, a fold out couch, a bunk good for 200lbs over the driver seat, and 2 15,000 BTU heat/AC units (heat pumps work great in the winter and definitely extend the life of your propane). I maintain the engine with full synthetic oil every 3k miles. The Onan generator gets an oil change/air filter change as directed every 150hrs. I run the generator for 2 hours under load every month as directed to keep the coils clean. The exterior stays clean with aerospace protectant and I recently sealed the entire roof with self leveling dicor lap sealant. I would recommend this coach for anyone looking to live in full time or travel in comfort with a full family or grandchildren. You may find use in turning the bunks into extra storage, but we have found the undercarriage storage is plenty. We are able to fit our entire wardrobe in the master bedrooms’ drawers, over bed cabinets, and 2 hanging closets. The kids share the drawers under the bunks. Everyone who visits this moterhome is amazed at how well the layout maximises important space. We have thoroughly enjoyed the Georgetown but I do not know where my next duty station will be and I need to sell it for peace of mind... can't take it overseas.
