<p>PENDING</p><p>This 2017 Thor Motor Coach ACE 27.2, with 24000 miles is priced to sell at $35,000. It has brand new batteries and a 09/25 MA inspection sticker. The price takes into account that it needs a new king mattress and some cosmetic updates, but it is in great riding shape all ready to go. There is seating and sleeping space for six in this 27.2 A.C.E. class A gas motorhome by Thor Motor Coach. This unit features a king size bed, over cab bunk, dual slide outs, an exterior TV, and all the amenities that make traveling fun. Step inside and find a broom closet just inside the door on your left. The right side features a jack-knife sofa with two sets of seat belts, lots of storage under the sofa and above in cabinets. Over the cab you will find a drop-down bunk that features a 46" x 74" sleeping space that also doubles as lockable storage. Beneath, a removable coffee table sits between the turning passenger and driver seats. Opposite the jack-knife sofa, enjoy the added space thanks to a large slide out booth dinette and part of the kitchen area. The booth dinette is great for meals, features two more sets of seat belts, under seat storage and converts to a bed. An LED TV is above this area for enjoyment. The kitchen has a three burner range, oven, overhead microwave oven, and a large sink. The overhead cabinets are spacious. <p>Excellent condition coachmen 376es. All applicable recalls done for the frightliner chassis. Minor pre purchase inspection items completed at coachmen facility. This is a well sorted unit. I have driven all 30600 miles on the chassis. I have had yearly chassis maintenance completed at a licensed frightliner facility, to include all filters and oil changes. All records available. I have never had a mechanical breakdown in this rv. The interior is in perfect shape. No interior damage whatsoever. I did have the original captains chairs, dinette, and theater seats replaced with a much higher quality units in may of 2024. This rv will sleep 9 people. The rv was only used in July and August of 22’ 23’ and 24’. The rv was never used in the winter months. It is stored the other 10 months of the year in a purpose built facility on my personal property. This is a beautiful unit inside and out that is ready for adventures for years to come</p>
