<p>Purchased to renovate, but it proved to be more challenging & expensive than I was prepared for. I used a company in Georgia called NuAbode that does professional remodels to get the basics done, so it has been completely gutted, new electrical including recessed led lights, switches, outlets, usb ports and box, new insulation and all white new skin interior - basically a blank slate for your dream project. I am attaching the photos of the spreadsheet for the work that was done (anything with a price next to it).</p><p>All awnings are original and in great shape. There are two matching outdoor chairs with that same fabric.</p><p>Tires are good but it has been sitting for a couple years, may just need a little air. Tows nice.</p><p>Subfloor is good, ready for some nice wood look vinyl or similar. The plumbing pipes in the picture were the old ones, I don't know why they left them in there, but they've been thrown away. I can't really take any better pics of the interior right now because I've got a bunch of stuff in there but if I find someone serious I will start clearing it up and take more photos.</p><p>I kept the interior front upper console above the windows (which is why it's not white like the walls but I thought it would look great painted) & the original control panel that is over where the kitchen area is b/c I wanted to have a couple of vintage items.</p><p>Exterior is typical for the age but could be shined up again. May be a small dent here or there but nothing major. No leaks. I have over $45k in it because I paid professionals for the initial work, but if you're handy and resourceful it would be a great job for a carpenter/handyman. The battery is dead but the last time I moved it, it just needed a charge. Restored and modernized travel trailer, great for cramp-ground camping. Our trailer was redesigned for more storage and a large bed. The cabinets are custom aluminum with tons of storage space. The pictures show a dining area set up. We have placed a queen size matress with an additonal cushion, making it close to a kingsize bed. It can easily be converted back to a dining area. The unit has an electrical stove and a microwave for easy inside cooking. Our trailer is NOT set up for boondocking. There is no gray water tank, we have a black water tank for waste. When using the sink or shower there is an approx. 10 gallon fresh water tank that we fill on an as needed basis with a hose attachment. The hot water heater is on demand.Appraisal available for when we purchased this coach in 2020 (see image). <br />Our life has moved to dirt bikes and kart racing, this pretty girl just can’t take all the boy dirt. Also, this unit is great for a family with 1-2 small kids or teens that you prefer sleep in a tent and not with you! Of course, a couple would be well suited. There’s an awning on both sides of the unit for the most amount of outdoor comfort possible, and your utility hookups are all seated in the rear of the unit for easy access. At some point along the way the previous caretakers of this rolling piece of art upgraded the camper with a more modern and better equipped roof Air Conditioner. Coupled with the bigger dual 30lb propane tanks holding a maximum of 14 gallons, comfort is yours with just a flick of the wrist no matter the climate.<br><br>To say that the interior of our Land Yacht has been remodeled would be an understatement. Every surface that could be painted has been, and there’ve been some slight modifications to the furniture selection throughout, however the floorplan remains mostly the same. Crossing the threshold is like stepping into a time capsule from the mid 70s. The original floor has been done away with in favor of a herringbone pattern vinyl wood plank look. A vast shag couch rests at the nose just to the right of the door, flanked by roll up door cabinets and speakers intelligently spaced throughout the camper. Providing blissful surround sound entertainment no matter where the road takes you.<br><br>Moving further back in the coach the kitchen is highly efficient and effective with a two basin sink, three burner cooktop with an attached oven beneath, refrigerator/freezer, and all the cabinet space your heart desires. Nothing is more than an arm’s reach away making utilizing the space easier than it would be in some other campers. Stylistically it’s been given an octagon tile backsplash on top of a large mirror at the end of the countertop bouncing the natural light about the room.<br><br>Past the kitchen is another living area with yet another couch for sitting or sleeping, and an even larger array of cabinetry so that nothing has to be left behind on the trip. With full electrical hookup the thoughtfully placed 110V outlets throughout the camper are a welcome convenience. In the rear of this beauty lies one of the best camper bathrooms I’ve laid eyes on, the way the space is spread out while still being compact is beyond pleasant. The toilet comes with an attached bidet, and the shower doubles as a bath for small children, pets, or if you just need a good foot soak. The linen cabinet has also been faced with a body mirror in place of a regular vanity mirror.<br><br><br>UPDATE: We are unable to test the water system as there is a leak at the city water connection.</p>
