I paid $54,000 for the van before the conversion and put another $65,000 into the upgrades and build. So, I am selling this van at a great price to someone who can use it and enjoy it.

I am going to be traveling with a second person, so am getting a Travato to have two twin beds.</p><p><br></p><p>This van has:</p><p> - Led headlights</p><p> - 800 Ah of battery (signature solar with overkill bms for bluetooth monitoring)</p><p>- 4 x 320 watt solar panels on top.- 3k watt Renogy inverter/charger (I have not wired it for shore power, but it has the capability. A shorepower 15 amp plug is included)</p><p>- About 70 amps of charging while driving from an upgraded 280 amp alternator. I can also include a 25 ft 4/0 cable to get more power from the alternator. I was going to install, but life.</p><p>- Two maxxair deluxe fans on the rear doors. These are to keep the "garage" area cool while the ac is running. One for air in and one air out.</p><p>- LG window unit AC with dual compressors.</p><p>- Electromagnetic locks on the side and back doors. The front doors have rings for a ratchet strap. I have always felt very safe while on the road.</p><p>- Disc-o-bed with a 2 inch camping mattress under a 4 inch thermarest mondoking 3D. The disc-o-bed's top bunk is in the back in its carrying bag.</p><p>- Aftermarket kenwood radio and separate screen that has wireless android/apple auto. I can connect both simultaneously to play audio through the kenwood with apple carplay giving me maps on the screen above the dash (I have additional adhesive if you want to move it more centralized on the dash)</p><p>- Weathertech window shades and deflectors. And an exterior cover for the front windows. <p>Single owner, I built this van in 2018 and spent roughly $100,000 for top-of-the-line upgrades (OEM receipts available). You could camp with this van today, or put in a little work to restore it to its true potential. For the right buyer, this is the perfect chance to have an “almost ready” setup that you can customize to your exact liking.</p><p></p><p>I built this van (single-owner) in 2018, and my wife and I lived in it for ~6 months. We hate to get rid of it, but it’s not the right vehicle for our home up in the mountains, so it’s been sitting mostly unused since 2020 (garaged, at least in winter, and maintained).</p><p></p><p>There is well over $10,000 in after-market electrical systems (including a giant 7.2 kWh battery, solar panels, high-efficiency fridge, induction stove, ceiling fan, inverter, and plenty of wiring for charging phone/laptop/etc.) I designed this system to be able to go off-grid for about 3 cloudy days before needing some shore power or generator. </p><p></p><p>The ceiling is still around 6’4” tall inside, and the bed accommodates tall people. I purchased it new from the dealer with just about every possible upgrade (nearly $49k retail price). We also added extra leaf springs to help it ride more smoothly with the extra weight of the build-out. Finally, the passenger seat has a swivel-seat upgrade, so it can be rotated 180 degrees.</p><p></p><p>The walls are extremely well insulated (there is hard foam and spray foam behind the walls, rated to somewhere around R20). It’s very easy to boondock or go off-grid, and the insulation keeps it very quiet at night. If you plan to spend time somewhere hot, you’d want to swap the fan for an AC unit (which the electrical system should already be able to handle, but would require some re-wiring). It currently has a set of winter tires on it, and comes with an extra set of wheels to make swapping easier.</p><p></p><p>Inside, it’s very cozy. We preferred the wood/natural look to that of many polished after-market vans you see out there. This makes it very easy to build on top of; you could screw new shelves/benches/bed into the walls directly (and really count on them to hold things up, since they are mounted directly into the car’s metal frame).</p><p></p><p>There are a couple small dents on the driver side. The interior floor needs some repair, and you probably would want to rebuild the cabinets / bed (they are old and a bit shaky at this point to be honest). Other than that, the van has been well maintained. It has never been in an accident (clean title) and everything runs well. We’ve driven it extremely minimally since 2020 (when we moved to Colorado), just once every few months to grab something big from Denver. </p>

<p>Selling the camper van! We have loved this beast. She has taken us along the western coast of the US and all through the deserts and mountains of Utah. We have never been stranded or stuck. We can get anywhere. This has been up-fitted with the Quigley 4wd system. It has been incredible. The low gear is great and gets us everywhere. The ingress and egress on this vehicle is surprisingly good. There is enough clearance we can make it on all but the most difficult rated off-road trails. </p><p><br></p><p>The sportsmobile top is in perfect working order. The canvas, windows, and mattress are in good shape. It raises and lowers with the electric switch, making it a breeze. I love the pop-top. It keeps our overall height down for driving, but makes for a vehicle you can stand up inside. The best of both worlds. </p><p><br></p><p>There are brand new Big-O tires on the vehicle, upgraded speakers and head unit, as well as new seat covers. The seats are in good shape underneath; just like the feel of the covers. Super fun, capable, reliable van with few miles and lots of smiles to be had. <p>2022 Ford Transit 350 HD AWD Dually van with the high-roof and Extended length on the 148” wheelbase, automatic transmission, and 3.5L Eco Boost gas engine. It is like new with less than 10,000 miles.</p><p>This custom conversion features a well thought out design with all the comforts of home. It sleeps 2 comfortably on the custom queen bed that is always made up. BOTH seats swivel to the living space for eating at the pop-up tables and watching the smart TV. The kitchen includes an electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, deep stainless steel sink, plenty of counter space and cabinet storage. Additionally, there is an easily accessible cassette toilet in case you miss the rest stop, or get up frequently at night.</p><p>To keep you comfortable, the van is fully insulated and includes an A/C, heater and a Max fan for air circulation. All windows have been tinted to keep it cool and provide additional privacy even before you put up the Van Made Gear custom window covers. Electric running boards on the passenger side make it easy to enter and exit the van, an access door makes it easy to empty the toilet and the 60 cf of garage storage is a huge bonus you don’t find in most conversions.</p><p>If you go off grid, you will appreciate the solar panel, house batteries, inverter, power center and converter. Just as important, there is plenty of fresh & gray water storage, and a hot water heater for dishes and showers. The tow package lets you bring along the boat or other toys.</p><p>This van has been a great retirement project and is the perfect size for road trips to see the sites and visit the grandkids!
