Lots of overhead storage too. The windows are heavily tinted to keep those a/c bills low!The kitchen has a 3 burner stove, solid surface counter tops, microwave, fridge/freezer, double sinks, plenty of cabinets and drawers.Bedroom with Queen size bed and storage under it, as well as lots of mirrored closets, drawers, night stand, radio and t.v., mounted on the wall, and its own a/c-heat control panel. The bathroom with its spacious shower, sink, medicine cabinet with mirror and porcelain toilet with foot level flusher can be accessed from both the bedroom or from the hallway, most convenient when more than 2 people are sleeping in the unit. The holding tanks monitor is also in the bathroom.There is central vac throughout, a power retractable awning and retractable roof antenna. The slide outs also have their own awnings, part of the Touring Edition package. Two gas tanks.Lots of basement pass thru storage, with light and power supply, doors at both sides, as well as 2 other smaller storage compartments as well as a bbq and stand. Ladder at the back for roof access and steel bumper, electric jacks, great hitch which turns around out of the way, see photo. Central a/c & heat. The levers for the holding tanks, outside shower/water are in their own compartment and not visible from outside.The 5th wheel is fully equipped and ready for occupation with linens, kitchenware which we will leave for a near full price offer, as well as the additional entrance steps if they are needed.
