<p><b>If you love cooking and a front and rear view, this camper is for you!</b></p><p>2023 Rockwood MiniLite 2516s (original owner/non-smoker) </p><p>I am selling my work camper that has been connected to power for a little less than a year so everything works well. This camper is perfect for a single person or a couple, and has been well kept and very clean. This has the stone color interior as opposed to the dark chocolate one, making it seem a lot bigger. This has 2 slide outs on the driver's side of the unit (one in rear for the East/West Queen bed and the one in front for theater seating and the 12V fridge). It's just under 26ft, pulls very well with an E2 hitching system and weighs 6500 lbs dry. The tires have about 500 miles on them because I went to pick it up in Indiana where I bought it. It is equipped with a single solar panel on the roof, electric fireplace that does well in winter, has no carpet, plenty of underbed storage, a wardrobe, and 5 dresser drawers in the bedroom. The bathroom, located in the center of the unit, has plenty of storage and has a pocket door to the bedroom and a standard door separating the living area. This camper is loaded with storage for the size of the unit everywhere you look. </p><p>My service dog chewed the armrests of the couch but this camper is great, especially if you love to cook. There is a table that stands alone that I keep behind the theatre seating so I have more space and just use a tray table to eat on for simplicity. The Queen mattress that came with the camper was awful so I purchased my own for my comfort level, therefore, it is not included.
