you to forward the difference to them. If it sounds too good
to be true, it's because it is! Unfortunately, in order for
us to provide unobstructed communications between buyers and
sellers, we cannot prevent these messages getting through.
We ALWAYS refer scammers using our service to the FBI, and
we advise you to avoid any contact with the senders of such
messages and refer complaints to your local FBI office, either
directly or at http://www.fbi.gov.

WILL FUEL PRICES AFFECT THE SALE OF MY RV?
With today's fuel prices steadily rising we are often asked if they will affect the sale of

Featured Homepage Priority Ads give your ad display priority. With a Featured Homepage ad,
your ad will be featured on our home page "Front Row" section on a rotation basis.
All this exposure for $60.00. Your ad will keep the homepage priority as long as your ad is online up
to 12 weeks. An Until Sold ad will keep homepage priority for 12 weeks as well.
New... State Search Featured Ads are listed at the top of the search
results. When a buyer does a search for a vehicle in a particular state, only the ads with State
Search Priority in that state will be listed at the top. All this exposure for just $40.00.

HOW DO I UPLOAD IMAGES TO MY AD?
In order to upload images to your ad, go to the home page and follow these steps: 1. Click on "Sign In" or "Edit your Ad" on the left side
of the navigation menu. 2. Enter your Username and Password (if you are not already logged in.) 3. Click on the blue "Add/Edit Pictures" link
for the ad you would like to edit. 4. Click the "Browse" button to navigate to the picture you want to upload. 5. Once you have selected your picture click on the Upload Button.
Depending on the size of your file and the speed of your Internet
connection, it may take a minute or two to upload.
Your changes will take effect immediately. In order to view them in
your browser, you may have to refresh your page.
If you are having trouble getting your images successfully uploaded,
it usually means they are in the wrong format. Here are the specifications
for the site:

If after trying the above you still cannot get them uploaded, you
can send them to us and we will post them for you.

In order to edit or modify your ad on RVT, go to the
home page and follow these steps: 1.Click the "Edit your Ad" link on the left side navigation menu. 2.Enter your Username and Password if you haven't already done so. 3.You should now be in the "User Area" 4.Click the blue "Modify Description" link. 5.Make the changes to your ad. 6.When you're finished, click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

By clicking on "RVs For Sale", you will be able to browse through all
of the ads for a particular type of motor home. All of you have to do
is click on the type of RV you would like to search for and find the RV of your Dreams.
Another option is to use the Advanced Search, this will
allow to search for RVs in many different ways. You can search by Type of RV, Location,
Make, Model, Price, Length or use the keyword field to search for certain features an
RV may have. When using the Keyword search sometimes certain RVs can be missed
because some people will use "pop up" and "popup" to describe the same
thing. This is where common sense has to take over.
HOW DO I GET MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD?
If you require your username and password, you can click
on the link "Did you forget?" on any of the log-in pages, and the program
will send an email to you with your password information.
You can check prices of used campers, motor homes, trailers and other rv's by doing the following: 1. Clicking on the NADA Guides link on right side of the page. NADA Guides have
information for all types of used RVs, including motor homes, camping trailers, travel trailers,
truck campers and fifth wheels or you can go to their site directly at
http://www.nadaguides.com. 2. Kelly Blue Book has a site at http://www.kbb.com.
HOW WILL POTENTIAL BUYERS CONTACT ME?
Buyers will contact you through the information that you submit (phone number, e-mail)
when you register. A person with an inquiry can click on the link "Reply to Ad"
in the details section of your ad. They will then enter their email address and any
questions or offers they have for your listing. This inquiry will be sent directly to
your email address. The buyers can also contact you by telephone if you choose to display that information.
First of all, Congratulations on your sale!!! If you have sold your RV you can mark it sold
in the user area. You will see right on your ad their is a link that says "Mark Sold".
This will automatically mark your price as "SOLD" and a large "SOLD" in the description to
let buyers know. If you have forgotten your password you can also let us know your RV has sold by
Contacting Us. Be sure to include your ad number so we know which ad
to mark as sold.
HOW DO I MARK MY AD DEAL PENDING?
First of all, Congratulations on your potential buyer!!! If you are in the middle of a deal
you may wish to mark your listing as "Deal Pending." To do so, simply log into your account
and click on "Modify Description." In the form scroll down to the "Price Header" field and select
"Deal Pending." This will immediately put a "Deal Pending" note beside your price.
If you have forgotten your password you can also let us know your RV has sold by
Contacting Us. Be sure to include your ad number so we know which ad
to mark as "Deal Pending."
WHAT IS AUTO NOTIFY?
The Auto-Notify feature allows you to set up a personal search agent that will automatically send
you new ads that match the keywords that you define.
The Favorites feature allows you to keep track of all of your favorite ads. In the details of
every ads there is a button labeled "Save This Search" at the top of the ad.
By clicking on this button, the ad will be added to your RVT Account under saved searches
in the user area. Please Note: You will first have to login to your account or create a
"My RVT Account" in order to keep track of your favorite ads.
WHEN I PLACED AN AD I HAD A DUPLICATE AD, DID I PAY FOR TWO?
No, you will not pay for two ads. The reason this happens is because people tend to click on the back
button when placing an ad. When you proceed to the payment area you will never pay for two ads at once.
IF I PLACE AN AD ON RVT WILL IT GO IN THE MAGAZINE?
No. If you place an ad on RVT it will be posted on online, It will not go into any magazine. If you would
like to place an ad in a magazine you will have to contact them directly.
HOW DO I RENEW MY AD?
Please Note: Because ad renewal requires payment authorization,
the process of renewing your ad must be done by yourself on the web site. We do not hold
any credit card numbers or information on file from past transactions.
In order to renew your ad on RVT, go to the home page
and follow these steps: 1. Click the "Renew Your Ad" link on the left side navigation menu. 2. Sign in using your Username and Password (If you haven't already). 3. Click on the blue "renew"
link for the ad you would like to Renew. 4. If you would like to upgrade Visibility or Priority select them and they will
be added to your ad. 5. Fill in your Credit Card information at Internet Secure. 6. When you're finished, click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
Your changes will take effect immediately. In order to view them in your browser, you
may have to refresh your page.
I AM A HughesNET (DIRECWAY) USER AND I AM HAVING PROBLEMS UPLOADING PICTURES?
Unfortunately, there is a known compatibility issue with the Direcway ISP. Uploading pictures
using Direcway as an ISP will not work properly. The best solution is to email the pictures to
RVT at
